Refund Policy

All products and services purchased from this website are fully refundable within the 90 days of the date of purchase. The request for a refund must be to submitted within 90 days from the day the order was received. U.S. Immigration Support reserves the right to not issue a refund if the request is received after 90 days from the date of purchase. Refunds for card transactions are issued within 2 business days. If you have any questions with regard to your order, please contact our customer service department. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us with the reasons for the cancellation request. You should not contact your card company or bank to file a dispute, as this will only delay the refund process.
