Our Services
1. eVisa consultancy: This website offers to review and process travel authorizations for visitors that wish to obtain assistance with this process.
2. Business consultancy: This website offers business consultancy on an individual basis.
Delivery Policy
1. eVisas: eVisa applications are processed immediately after they are received. However, it can take the up to 3 days for the U.S. government to review the application. Once your application is approved, you will receive it via email. If you application is not approved, you will be notified, and you will not have to pay any fees related to the application.
2.Business consultancy: As consultations are completed per sessions.
Refund Policy
All products and services purchased from this website are fully refundable within the 90 days of the date of purchase. The request for a refund must be to submitted within 90 days from the day the order was received. We reserve the right to not issue a refund if the request is received after 90 days from the date of purchase. Refunds for card transactions are issued within 2 business days. Please be aware that it can take up to 5 business days for the transaction to actually post to your account. If you have any questions with regards to your order, please contact our customer service department. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us with the reasons for the cancellation request. You should not contact your card company or bank to file a dispute, as this will only delay the refund process.
Typographical Errors
In the event that a product or service is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders listed at the incorrect price. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your card charged. In the event your card has been charged, a full refund will be issued in the amount of the incorrect price.
