Description:
InfoPass is an appointment system that allows the general public to schedule appointments at USCIS offices. It offers a convenient alternative to waiting in line for assistance. InfoPass is a major improvement from the earlier system, which often entailed individuals having to endure long waits outside USCIS offices early in the morning with the hopes of being able to receive a same day appointment. With InfoPass nobody is being turned away and everybody is given the same fair chance of speaking to a USCIS immigration officer. Form InfoPass may also be known as Information Form Info-Pass, Info Pass, or Immigration Form InfoPass. Note that Form InfoPass is an information form only, it is not an official form.

How to Make an Appointment: Download the "InfoPass Information Sheet" above and follow the detailed instructions. InfoPass users should be able to schedule an appointment in about two weeks from the date of registration. It is not required to have an immigration attorney make an InfoPass appointment, simply follow the instructions in the "InfoPass Information Sheet".
