Refund Policy
All products and services purchased from this website are fully refundable
within the 30 days of the date of purchase. The request for a refund must be
to submitted within 30 days from the day the order was received. U.S.
Immigration Support reserves the right to not issue a refund if the request is
received after 30 days from the date of purchase. Refunds for credit card
transactions are issued within 2 business days. Please be aware that it can take
up to 5 business days for the transaction to actually post to your account.
Refunds for payments received by check, money order, bank draft, travelers
checks, or cash, will be issued as a company check. The refund check will be
made payable to the person on the order form and mailed to the address indicated
on the order form. If you have any questions with regards to your order, please
contact our customer service department. If you wish to cancel your order,
please contact us with the reasons for the cancellation request. You
