  • I purchased an immigration guide, but I did not receive a confirmation email. How do I download the file? What do I do?
  • Check your junk mail folder or spam folder. Occasionally our emails are flagged as unsolicited mail and mistakenly put into your junk mail folder. You can also logon to your U.S. Immigration Support account and download the file from the “Order History” section. All eBooks are available for download for 30 days from the day of purchase. If you are still not able to download the file, please visit our download help section or contact us for assistance.

  • How do I check the status of my application?
  • U.S. Immigration Support, a division of U.S. Publishers Inc, is a leading publisher of legal books and immigration guides. We do not have access to applications submitted to the USCIS or the U.S. Department of State. U.S. Immigration Support does not handle any applications and have no information about the status of applications. You must contact the department or agency that you submitted the application to if you require further information about your case. If you have questions regarding an order placed with U.S. Immigration Support, please contact our customer service department.

  • Are any filing fees included in the price of your products?
  • No. Application fees are not included in the price of our downloadable application guides. We are a publishing company providing information and application guides. You are responsible for paying the appropriate fee to the USCIS, U.S. Embassy or Consulate as specified in our application guides. For your convenience we publish a list of USCIS filing fees on our website. However, it is recommended to check with the USCIS for the most current filing fees before submitting your application.

  • How can I download eBooks or immigration forms from your website?
  • All of our immigration guides are available for instant download. Please use the left navigation menu or the search box on the top section of our website to locate the application you need. Upon successful checkout, you will have instant access to the product you purchased. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

    Immigration Forms are available on a subscription basis. We currently offer 1, 3 and 12 month subscriptions. Upon successful checkout you will have unlimited access to all immigration forms for the duration of your subscription. However, you must be logged on to your account to be able to download forms.

  • I do not have a credit card, but I would like to purchase an eBook or sign up for the subscription to download immigration forms. What do I do?
  • You can pay for any downloadable immigration guide (eBook) we offer with a check or money order, in addition to all major credit and debit cards. Just follow the normal check out process but select “Check/Money Order” in the payment section and submit your order. An invoice will be created. Print the invoice, include a check or money order and mail it to the address listed on the invoice. Once we receive your payment, you will be notified via email and have instant access to the product you purchased.

    The subscription to download Immigration Forms can only be purchased by credit card. However, all immigration guides (eBooks) contain the necessary forms for that particular application. If you do not have a credit or debit card to purchase the subscription service, you can purchase the eBook by check or money order.

  • I’ve signed up for the subscription to download immigration forms, but I don’t know how to download the forms?
  • Immigration forms are available on a subscription basis. We currently offer 1, 3, 6 and 12 month subscriptions. Upon successful checkout you will have unlimited access to all immigration forms for the duration of your subscription. However, you must be logged on to your account to be able to download form.

    1. Logon to your account [LOGIN]
    2. Enter your username (your email address) and password
    3. Click on "Download Forms" on the left menu
    4. Select the immigration forms you require and click on "Download".

  • I would like to cancel my order. How can I get a refund?
  • Please contact our customer service department if you have problems downloading your order. If you purchased the incorrect product, we can exchange your order at no additional cost. If you still would like to cancel your order and request a refund, we kindly ask you to contact our customer service department by email. We have a 30-day money back policy on all products. When contacting us, please include your order number, full name and product purchased. The order number can be found in the confirmation email. If you did not receive the confirmation email, please check your "Junk Mail" folder. If you still cannot find your order number, please send us as much information as possible regarding your order, including your full name, address, email and the products ordered, so we can locate your order and issue the refund. We work directly with any bank or credit card company. Please do not contact your credit card company, as this will only delay the refund process.

  • How do I unsubscribe from the newsletter?
  • The newsletter is an Opt-Out service, meaning that you can unsubscribe at any time. Every edition of the U.S. Immigration Newsletter contains several links to the unsubscribe page.
