Purpose of Form I-90:
This form is used to file Green Card Renewal and Replacement applications.

Description:
Form I-90 Application to Replace Permanent Resident Card (Green Card) should be submitted by a permanent U.S. resident to update information (such as a name change), renew an expired card, or replace a lost or stolen Green Card. Form I-90 (Application to Replace Permanent Resident Card) may also be known as USCIS Form I-90, I 90, Form I90 or immigration form I-90.

Remove Conditional Residence:
Do not use Form I90 if you are a conditional resident and your status is expiring. You must apply accordingly to remove the conditions: If you became a conditional resident through marriage, submit Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence. If you became a conditional resident based on a financial investment in a U.S. business, submit Form I-829, Petition by Entrepreneur to Remove Conditions.
