Description:
Form I-765 may be filed by non-U.S. citizens that seek to request an application for a temporary Employment Authorization Documentation (EAD) in the United States. Form I-765 should also be used together with additional required forms including renewal-, replacement- and interim EAD’s. Individuals that do not provide correct information may face consequences including the application being denied, fines, removal and/or imprisonment for up to five years. Form I-765 (Application for Employment Authorization) may also be known as USCIS Form I-765, I 765, Form I765 or immigration form I-765.
