Application for Advance Permission to Enter as Nonimmigrant

Description:
Form I-192 may be completed by an individual who is not allowed to enter the United States, but wish to do so for a temporary stay. Form I-192 must include supportive documentation for the reason(s) why the individual was initially denied entry. Form I-192 must be filed with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) that are in charge of the border crossing or port-of-entry where the individual will arrive in the United States. Form I-192 (Application for Advance Permission to Enter as Nonimmigrant) may also be known as USCIS Form I-192, I 192, Form I192 or immigration form I-192.
