Description:
Form I-134 may be completed by a citizen or lawful permanent resident of the United States who is filing an Affidavit of Support (a promise to support) for an individual entering the United States. Form I-134 requires that each sponsor proves that he/she has sufficient financial resources to provide for the alien when entering the United States and to commit that the alien will not become a public charge. The consequences may result in the application being denied if requested information is not provided. Form I-134 (Affidavit of Support) may also be known as USCIS Form I-134, I 134, Form I134 or immigration form I-134.
