Purpose of Form I-131:
Application for Travel Document

Description:
Form I-131 may be completed by a citizen or lawful permanent resident of the United States who want to apply for a reentry permit, advance parole, Travel Document or a refugee travel document. If any supportive document is falsified with Form I-131, the benefit being applied for will denied along with penalties and criminal prosecution. The applicant may also be deported from the United States. Form I-131 (Application for Travel Document) may also be known as USCIS Form I-131, I 131, Form I131 or immigration form I-131.
