Purpose of Form G-731C:
This form can be used by individuals who wish to inquire about the status of Form I-551 (Alien Registration Card - Green Card).

Description:
Form G-731C may be completed by non-U.S. citizens who have an adjusted status and inquire about the status of an Alien Registration Card (i-551). Versions for instructional purposes are available in Russian, Chinese, Spanish, Vietnamese and Korean. Form G-731C may be submitted in English. Form G-731C may also be known as USCIS Form G-731-C, G 731-C, Form G731C or immigration form G-731C.
