Application for Immigrant Visa and Alien Registration

Description:
Form DS-230 is required to be completed by a non-U.S. resident applying for an immigrant visa and alien registration application. When filing Form DS-230 the applicant may also complete a form for each member of his/her family that is to immigrate along with the applicant. Form DS-230 can be completed on a computer by using Adobe Reader. Form DS-230 (Application for Immigrant Visa and Alien Registration) may also be known as Department of State Form DS230, DS 230, Form DS230 or immigration form DS-230.
