Form I-821, Application for Temporary Protected Status

Form I-821 may be filed by a non-U.S. citizen that wish to apply for Temporary Protected Status in the United States. Individuals must be in the United States but come from a country that has been designated for Temporary Protected Status by the DHS, ref. Section 244A of the Immigration and Nationality Act. Form I-821 may only include copies of any supportive document. Form I-821 (Application for Temporary Protected Status) may also be known as USCIS Form I-821, I 821, Form I821 or immigration form I-821.
