Form I-730, Refugee/Asylee Relative Petition
Form I-730 can only be filed by refugees or asylees in the United States. The refugee or asylee must also have been the principal applicant. An approval of Form I-730 does not guarantee that the relative will be granted entry to the United States. All family members must file Form I-730 individually. Form I-730 (Refugee/Asylee Relative Petition) may also be known as USCIS Form I-730, I 730, Form I730 or immigration form I-730.
