This form, together with Form DS-156, Nonimmigrant Visa Application, completed in duplicate, constitutes the complete application for a "K" Fiancé(e) Nonimmigrant Visa authorized under Section 222(c) of the Immigration and Nationality Act. Form DS-156K (Nonimmigrant Fiance(e) Visa Application) may also be known as Department of State Form DS156K, DS 156K, Form DS156K or immigration form DS-156K.
