Form AR-11 Change of Address Form

Form AR-11 is used to report an individual’s change of address in the United States. Form AR-11 (Change of Address) may also be known as Immigration Form AR11, AR 11 or USCIS Form AR11. Form AR-11 must be completed by non-U.S. citizens within 10 days of change of address, ref. INA § 262 and 261. There is a difference between changing your address for legal purposes and for pending petitions or applications. Individuals that do not comply on purpose will automatically commit a misdemeanor crime. The consequences if convicted may be a fine and/or imprisonment, or deportation from the United States.
