I have already purchased a downloadable eBook from your website, but I don't know how to download it.

The download link can be found in 3 locations:

  1. Confirmation Page
The download link is first made available on the confirmation page, which was displayed on the screen after a successful order is submitted.

Download Link on the Confirmation Page:

  2. Email Receipt
A receipt of your purchase is emailed to you after the transaction is approved. If you did not receive a confirmation email, please check your "Junk Mail Folder", as our confirmation email might have been accidentally flagged as "spam". The confirmation email contains a link to the order invoice and download link.

  3. My Account
Download links for already purchased products can be found in the "My Account" section of our website. Logon to your account and click on "Downloadable Items (eBooks)". All eBooks are available download for 30 days from the day of purchase. We recommend you save the file to your computer for future use. "Right-Click" on the download link (as known below) to save the file to your computer.

Download Link Displayed on the "Downloadable Products" Page:

It is recommended that you save the file in your computer for future use. If you are unable to download the file, please contact us with your order number and name of the product purchased. I can't open the file. What is PDF? What is Adobe Acrobat?

Adobe Acrobat is a software that supports Portable Document Format (PDF) files. Adobe Reader (formerly called Adobe Acrobat Reader) is available as a free download from Adobe's website. Adobe Reader allows the viewing and printing of PDF files. It is recommended to have the latest version of Adobe Reader installed on your computer to properly view and print PDF files. You should have at least version 7, preferably version 8 installed on your computer to properly view and print PDF files.

Download Adobe Reader:

If you need assistance downloading or installing Adobe Reader visit www.adobe.com/support

How to Check for Updates:

  1. Open Adobe Acrobat Reader
  2. Click on “Help” on the top menu
  3. Select “Check for Updates…”
  4. Follow the instructions and download any available updates

How can I print only certain pages of a PDF file?

Most users know how to print a Word document, web page or even a PDF file. You simply click on “File” then on “Print”, or you may use the “Ctrl+P” keyboard shortcut. However, you might only need to print certain pages, such as application forms at the end of a long PDF file. You don’t need to print the entire file if you only require the application forms for example. You may print only selected pages.

Follow the instructions bellow to print selected pages of a PDF file.
  1. Click on “File” then “Print” (or use the “Ctrl+P” keyboard shortcut)
  2. In the “Print Range” section select “Pages” then enter the pages you would like to print.
Example: If you wish to print all pages between 87 and 89, enter 87-89.

What is a "fillable" PDF file?

“Fillable” means that you can fill in blank fields in the PDF file, then print it. This is feature only available on the latest versions of Adobe Reader (we recommend Adobe Reader version 7 or 8). This is a convenient way to complete application forms.

Example of PDF files with fillable fields:
Fillable PDF file: Adobe Reader Version 7 Fillable PDF file: Adobe Reader Version 8
Adobe Reader Version 7 Adobe Reader Version 8

Not All Forms are Fillable: Not all application forms are fillable. However, if the application forms in the PDF file are fillable, the “Highlight Fields” option will be displayed on Adobe Reader. If you select this option, all fillable fields will be highlighted in blue.

Saving Fillable Forms: Although you can download a copy of fillable eBooks and forms to your hard drive, you can not save the completed fill-in form unless you have Acrobat Professional or Acrobat Standard. You cannot save a completed fillable form in Adobe Reader. Therefore, please make sure that you print a copy of the filled-in PDF file for your records.

I have additional questions. Can you help me?

We will be glad to assist you with any technical questions you may have regarding PDF files. Unfortunately, we are not allowed to provide any kind of legal advice regarding immigration procedures and regulations. It is recommended that you follow the instructions in the eBooks and immigration forms, or contact the nearest United States Embassy, Consulate or USCIS (INS) office for further assistance.

If you have any technical or billing issues not covered on this page, do not hesitate to contact us.
