If you have purchased a product or service on our website and you would like to
cancel your order, please follow the instructions below.
Please do not contact your bank or credit card company, as it will only delay the refund.
Refunds are issued within 2 business days. The funds will be back in your account within
4 business days. We have a 30-day money back guarantee on all products.

- Email Address
- Date of Purchase
- Amount of Purchase
- Name of Product

If you cancel your order, you will no longer be able to download the products you
have purchased.
- Exchanges: You don't need to request a refund if you only need
to exchange your order. If you have purchased the incorrect product, you may exchange it for the correct
immigration guide at no additional cost. Simply
email us
the reason for the exchange, and our customer service department will send you
the correct product with 24 hours.
- Refunds: If you would like to request a refund, please

| Immigration Forms |
If you cancel your order, you will no longer be able to download immigration forms.
Immigration Forms are available on a subscription basis.
We currently offer 1, 3, 6 and 12-month subscriptions. An active
subscription offers unlimited access to all immigration forms for the duration
of the subscription.
- Auto-Renewal Cancellation: When you sign up for a subscription you have the option to select
Auto-Renewal, which means that your credit card will be automatically
charged for the same amount when your subscription expires. You can cancel the
Auto-Renewal yourself by logging into
your account and changing the Auto-Renewal
status.
- Subscription Refund: If you would like to request a
refund, please email us
the reason for the cancellation, and a refund will be issued within 2 business
days.
